We are located downtown Spring Lake, MI on the back side of Epicurean Village Down (facing the dollar general) We are an European inspired Bistro and Café. Serving Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner! Everything from croissants, pain au chocolat, muffins, and scones, to desserts, macrons, and fine pastries. We have selection of coffee, tea, and espresso beverages along with a full bar, classic cocktails, and wine selection. Our menu is French inspired with classics like quiche Lorraine, croque madam, salad Niçoise, and jambon buerre. Our dinner menu rotates seasonally with weekly features.     It was our first time ever in Grand Rapids and a local recommended Coopers to us, and we are glad we went. The portion of the appetizer was huge, the entrees were good, and the pretzel bread was delicious. The front of the restaurant kinda throws you off because it's store themed and beyond the store is the front desk to the restaurant. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the menu, and you could tell she cared a ton for the work she was doing. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we will definitely be back again if we are ever up that way.

    It was our first time visiting here. We celebrated our 38 wedding anniversary. It was a fantastic experience, loved the energy in the room, the food was fantastic. Large portions, absolutely delicious firewood pizza, and the pulled pork nachos. Needed the pizza to go since we were full from the appetizer. The Jack Frost Christmas cocktail was perfect. Absolutely worth the money. Loved atmosphere and the holiday decorations well done.

    I came in from out of town for Christmas Dinner with my daughters and grand daughter. I had quite a few presents for my family. The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY and VERY Accommodating. 😊

    Food was very good with exception of the Caesar salad which was terrible. Just a small head of lettuce with dressing. Couldn’t eat it
