James Beard Award-winning Chef Andrew Black makes his way back to Skirvin Hotel to open his newest restaurant concept, Perle Mesta. The restaurant will be his first concept to open since winning a James Beard award as 2023’s Best Chef Southwest and will be located on the first floor of the historic Skirvin Hotel (One Park Avenue, Oklahoma City). It was my first time here, and Angelica was great. She was kind and attentive, and she gave suggestions and a history of Stock & Bond. The food was good and portions just right. The table booths are a little close to each other than I prefer but this won't stop me from coming back :)

My wife and I went for our 6 month anniversary with our first time of eating at Vast. The waiter did and exceptional job keeping us informed and making sure everything was perfect! The food was delicious and the steak was very tender! My wife and I agreed at the end that we would be coming back for sure!!

This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Oklahoma! Went to celebrate my 21st with my family and the entire staff was so sweet and amazing. The food and drinks were also incredible, I hope to be back soon!!
