Churrasco has three centuries of tradition in the vast plains of the southernmost region of Brazil. They do not honor the open table reservation. We were still expected to wait 20 to 30 minutes. I might have well just joined the waitlist on the way there. Steak was not medium rare. Was closer to medium well. Hard to cut too. Mash was really good. Side salad had minced cucumbers. I am allergic.
