Partner and Pizzaiolo Leopoldo Demusis spent every summer among the hills of Sant'Angelo all'Esca, in the Campania region of Italy, where he found his love of food. For the last 18 years, Joe Hennes and his wife Ellen have been building a family-oriented meeting place for friends to gather at Sloppy Joe's Saloon and Spoon in Hubertus.
