The Lindsay Lodge and Restaurant is a destination dining experience in the Applegate Valley. The restaurant is situated next to the Applegate River with a large balcony overlooking the river and beautiful views of the historic bridge. The Lindsay is proud to serve food sourced almost exclusively from the Applegate Valley. The menu has been created by Executive Chef John Blevins and features unique dishes centering around the New American cuisine.
