Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. Such fabulous service …. thank you. The manager went out of his way to ensure our order was gluten free. The eggplant and minced chicken hot pot is exquisite …. and we loved the shiitake mushrooms with baby bok choy

Valentines Day set menu had outstanding choices if it was a bit pricey. The service was attentive and we were served quickly. Nice atmosphere. All 6 of us enjoyed our meals!
