At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared.     Great experience at the Black Pearl. We went on Saturday, February 15, 2025 and they still had the 4 course tasting menu from Valentine’s Day. Our waiter Sean was fantastic and thoroughly explained the menu. The sommelier, Tommy, was very knowledgeable. Will go back to the Black Pearl very soon. Food was fantastic, and the ambience was very romantic.

    Great location. Great friendly vibe. Great service and food. After several visits to LL, I keep waiting to be disappointed and it just never happens. From the moment you're greeted upon entering to the well wishes offered when leaving, the staff is top notch. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just the right amount of attention during the meal. The food is equally impressive. Nothing fancy in terms of presentation. But that's not what this place is all about. A nice varied menu with fresh seafood that is well prepared and always tastes great. And lots of lobster options. Will definitely be back.
