Just like in our name, Avenida Brazil Churrascaria Steakhouse, we stay true to the foundations of the traditional Brazilian churrascaria.The experience is split up into two partsPart 1: Salad Bar - After being seated, guests can help themselves to our gourmet salad bar stocked with more than 30 fresh items.Part 2: Meat - At each of our seats, we include a coaster with a red side and a green side. Once back at their table, guests can start signaling our gauchos (meat servers) by flipping over the coaster to the red side. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner experience, with excellent service from Katie. The Mixed Tempura appetizer was wonderful, with nice pieces of calamari and shrimp. My Wife loved the Pumpkin Tom Kha soup, which is available with the pumpkin flavor only a limited time. I devoured the Crab Bisque, which is absolutely legendary. The Kang Ped with shrimp has become my favorite main dish. It's absolutely divine. Merlion is more than just a great Thai restaurant; it has a special vibe and atmosphere that exemplify the very best of what Seabrook, TX has to offer. We have been dining here for years, and the staff here have become like family to us. Don't forget to try a wine from their extensive wine list. They have a large selection of wines to suit almost any palate.
