Seating for the alfresco experience is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with the exception of larger parties of 7 or more which may be made by calling 860.767.1776.     Wonderful experience, lovely table near the fireplace as requested, although unfortunately they were unable to start the fireplace on a very cold night. But it still had great atmosphere and wonderful ambiance. Our waitress Lauren was great, very friendly and attentive. Food was excellent and I would highly recommend the lobster fried rice! We’ve been there many times before when we’ve had tickets for a show at The Kate and we will definitely go back again!

    Excellent dining experience in every way—warm, inviting ambiance, thoughtful and courteous waitstaff, delicious cuisine, and reasonably priced. Lively bar opposite the dining room for those who want a little more variety, but it’s not excessively noisy. Practically a Westbrook institution—so consistently well done for years.

    Our late lunch early dinner was fabulous on New Year's Day 2025. Our waitress, Barbara, was very friendly, energetic, helpful and wonderfully nice-she gets all the kudos for a great visit. We will definitely return to Fresh Salt.
