Located inside of the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort, SHOR American Seafood Grill has the freshest Seafood and the best views in town. At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment.     Booked for our family of 4 on Thanksgiving Day 2024. The food featured in the buffet was outstanding. From the colossal oysters, crab legs and shrimp to the expertly prepared turkey with all the trimmings , beef tenderloin, tables of side dishes and appetizers, and a whole room dedicated to desserts , the food was incredibly good. The view of palm trees and the gulf was amazing but the setting sun and the proximity of our table caused sun glare and there was not ample curtains to alleviate that. Service was pleasant but not well organized. The overall experience was great in spite of the very few inconveniences and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

    We had the Thanksgiving Day buffet and everything was excellent. There wasn’t one thing I didn’t enjoy. We will definitely return for that and of course their regular menu if the buffet was that good. Service was outstanding and the views were fabulous. Parking was no problem. In one word…Outstanding!
