Churrasco has three centuries of tradition in the vast plains of the southernmost region of Brazil. Order a Wagon Wheel dinner for two! My husband had the Ribs which were excellent but I ordered a NY Strip cooked charred rare and it came out med and tuff and very fatty! Which we were never asked how the good was our meals or if we needed anything!! We did have a large group of 12 which I made a reservation before which would have given the management to adjust workers schedules!!
