Our Chef’s take inspiration from Billy Madison who drew a blue duck because he had never seen one before, and he wanted to see a blue duck! Well, since our chefs love classic Adam Sandler humor and innovative cooking, we thought that Bleu Duck was the perfect name to showcase our fun environment and staff as well as our unique and creative menu.     I had the most responsive and wonderful server ever at Lake Elmo Inn. Jessica was superb. She was very friendly and professional. Upon bringing my friend’s hamburger, she noticed the burger looked a bit rare and my friend had ordered well done. Jessica immediately brought the burger back to the kitchen and returned it to the proper doneness. Our food was all delicious, perfectly prepared. Loved the salmon piccata and salted caramel creme brulee. Fantastic!

    This was our first but not last visit. The service was great and the food was wonderful. From the beautiful decor, delicious food and immaculate restrooms, I would highly recommend you experience all Missi's Sip & Savor has to offer. I will definitely be back with more of my family and friends to enjoy the experience.
