Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. The intensity of the coal-fired heat allows us to produce a very light, beautifully crispy, Neapolitan-style pizza. Moisture is retained at the center of the pie, so it's slightly chewy, too, giving our customers the best of both worlds. Mia Margherita also serves a variety of classic Italian dishes. We had a graduation celebration for my son. The service was amazing and so was the food. Very crowded because of other celebrations but the restaurant handled it very well. Extremely happy with our experience.

Kylie was an amazing server. The menu has numerous selections and the food is very good. The chef is creative and uses many local purveyors. The restaurant staff is very friendly and welcoming.
