Camino was born with the opening of King’s Cross in 2007. Capturing the real essence of Spain was always the aim, and with the addition of Bar Rioja opening opposite ( this was previously Bar Pepito, London’s very first sherry bar) we came a King’s Cross institution. Our lively bar and restaurant sprawls around a hidden courtyard, coming alive in the Summer, full of people enjoying a frosted mug of Spanish cerveza, a glass of sangria or a Rioja Glass from Bar Rioja. With outdoor heaters and plenty of seating, it’s often busy on even the coldest of evenings.We’re open everyday for lunch, dinner and everything in between. At Hokus Pokus, the botanical ‘remedies’ are distilled, and served on the rocks instead. Although they are not claiming any health benefits, the team at the Alchemy Lab are confident the tinctures can still do wonders for your mood.Hokus Pokus is an ode to the location and heritage behind Kings Cross featuring a fascinating blend of 19th century apothecary and retro-futuristic steampunk engine room. The ceiling ripples with electric dynamos, steam valves, copper pipes and circuits forming the backdrop to a complex stage lighting scenography often seen in theatres, for perfect mood lighting.Please note: We currently do not accept OpenTable dining cheques.
