Here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees.     We had the most wonderful time. Our server was very attentive and thoughtful. It was later in the evening with no new reservations coming in. We were super cold and she moved us near the fire place. Made the experience much better. Our meals were wonderful. I had the beef tenderloin and they did allow me to leave off the pepper sauce. My husband had the salmon and daughter had the lamb. Every dish we would get again. The ambiance were so nice. Every decoration placed perfectly. Loved it so much!

    The food was amazing, highly recommend the broccolini….. just wow… The server was very knowledgeable in all the dishes and made some great recommendations. The food was very fast, I did wish they spaced it out a bit more. As we got to dessert and still had our glass of wine to finish. The atmosphere was also very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend, overall great experience and great food.

    Overall this Red lobster was very good! I think for the most part people have forgotten about it! It need some minor updates but for the most part it was great and the food was phenomenal! Thank you!
