Saltine, named as a nod to the plain cracker often served with seafood, pays homage to Jackson's rich history with oysters and seafood. Oysters are sourced from the Gulf of Mexico, east and west coasts and Canada and served raw, smoked, wood-fired and fried. Amazing! The staff was everything and overly generous to my table. I love the aesthetic and atmosphere of the restaurant. They were fast and efficient with our orders. Also made sure we have a great time going in and out! 10/10! And 7/10 for food it could’ve been more seasoned but it still was good.
