The Coffee Club celebrates more than three decades of good food, great service and excellent coffee.Like all good stories, it began with a quest. On a 1989 evening in Brisbane, founders Emmanuel Kokoris and Emmanuel Drivas cruised Brisbane in search of an excellent coffee, but came up empty handed. Inspired by a gap in the market, they formulated a plan to take the world by storm – to create more than just somewhere for people to meet for coffee. A casual, comfortable and affordable experience, yet sophisticated and stylish. The noise levels were loud , likely due to the upstairs function and the busy Christmas season, which made it a bit difficult to hear each other. The food was so delicious that we ended up ordering a second serving! That said, the service from Nicole and the rest of the staff was outstanding!
