Stacey Lawson and Paul Fields are not only delighted but thoroughly excited to announce the opening of their restaurant. Stacey and Paul sensed something was missing from the Lincoln dining experience. Paul had always had a passion to open up an independent restaurant and as a local girl Stacey recognised that although Lincoln is a historical City and a very dynamic and growing City, there was a clear need for a relaxed restaurant experience that combined history with modernity.

Originally born in the Canary Island of Lanzarote (where the family originally came from) their daughter and both sons decided to join their family venture and follow in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents.     Had fantastic 70th birthday afternoon tea with a few close friends and husband and the atmosphere was amazing and staff very happy to please . Would highly recommend .

    Ole Ole has been around for a good few years but it's still so consistent - the food is always tasty and the service and atmosphere are friendly and welcoming. No wonder it's always busy!

    In the middle of a busy Christmas weekend, we had a lovely relaxing meal. The food was delicious and the service very helpful. It was so nice to be able to look out of the window at a very festive Lincoln.

    First time eating here . Staff are good friendly and efficient the restaurant is clean and bright . The tables are well spaced making a very relaxed feeling . The food was first rate some of the best the 4 of us have had . I would recommend you try it a little bit more expensive but worth every penny

    It was our first time at Pho last night. We came for our son's 16th birthday. The staff were brilliant and attentive. Service was quick and friendly. Thank you so much for making his night a great one! We'll be back 😁
