Am 1. November 2022 öffnete das Augustin Restaurant nach knapp 4 Monaten Renovierung seine Türen. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten Kolpinghaus von 1905, dem Classik Hotel Antonius, etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig vom Kölner Dom entfernt.In dem einzigartigen Gastraum mit fast 5 Meterhohen Decken und 70 Sitzplätzen sitzen Sie unter einem „Lampen Garten“ mit Blick auf den idyllischen Innenhof.Unsere „fokkussierte Viktualienküche“ mit Elementen der deutschen, klassisch französischen und mediterranen Küche konzentriert sich auf frische & qualitative Lebensmittel die handwerklich Perfekt Zubereitet werden. Eine Gutbürgerliche Küche mit klassischen & modernen Gerichten, weder banal noch abgehoben, sondern lecker & auf den Punkt. Sie erwartet ein herzlicher Service, Schreckenskammer Kölsch vom Fass sowie eine internationale Weinkarte. Reservierungen ab 8 Personen sind nicht über das System möglich. His sweet delicacies form the grand finale of every menu. Restaurant manager Christoph Gonzalez deliberately focuses on organic wines and gladly recommends corresponding wines. The taku has been awarded with one Michelin-star for years, 8/10 pans in Gusto and 16/20 points at the Gault Millau.
