It is prepared with pork belly meat braised in duck fat for four hours. It is served with apple marmalade, caramelized scallops and house made kale chips. Overall a great experience on Christmas Eve. The food was delicious, servers were attentive and the decor for the holidays was lovely. Prices were a little steep for drinks, but I'd definitely go back.
