Located in Hawthorne"s historic Degray house, Bottagra Restaurant opened its doors in early 2008. What was once used as an encampment for General Lafayette's troops during the Revolutionary War has been transformed into a modern, elegant restaurant with the feel and charm of a Tuscan villa. Chef-Owners Robert Vicari and Carlo Carbonaro have fused their extensive restaurant experience together to offer a variety of dishes hailing from both the northern and southern regions of Italy.     What a great new restaurant The ambience right when you walked in was so inviting We were greeted my a young man welcoming us to this beautiful restaurant The service was friendly and professional The food was delicious and plentiful I had the Chilean sea bass which was so tasteful and tender

    You can never go wrong eating at Capital Grille. The food is always outstanding and the waiters are remarkable. We’ve eaten at other locations in different states but to us the Paramus location is the best. I had the New England Clam Chowder soup, the Lobster salad. My husband had the French Onion soup and the Steak Frites . We finished our meal with the cheesecake. Everything was absolutely delicious!

    Excellent from start to finish! We especially loved the rice balls and tortellini soup. The Christmas decor was beyond beautiful. Our daughter loved it.

    Everything was great everyone was friendly and helpful,love the hot food and beautiful decorations,it was my grandson birthday and White Castle crew surprise us with a beautiful cake to celebrate his birthday,thank you for the great experience and iam looking forward for next year Valentine’s Day.
