The Wine Cave and Tasting Room allows for a traditional wine tasting experience that isn’t mixed with a restaurant experience. The Cave consists of an underground 1,000 sq. ft. Wine Tasting Room and adjoining 4,500 sq. ft. wine barrel cave for wine barrel aging. The intimate Tasting Room will be open select hours for traditional style wine tasting experiences and tours. It is in a hotel lobby next to the bar, so adjust your ambiance expectations accordingly. That being said, the food is very good, the portions are large, and the service was outstanding. We will return.
