Ronin features elgant farm cuisine with a constantly evolving menu. Set in the beautiful, newly-renovated historic Ice House on Main in downtown Bryan, our restaurant shares an open-air kitchen with our dining room, floor to ceiling exposed brick, and hand-built, suspension tables made from wood salvaged during renovation. Our menu is updated daily, based on what we have harvested from our garden during that given week. Our farm is located just seven miles from our restaurant.     Hadn’t been here a while since we are trying other restaurants in town. Have to say the Republic is still probably the best restaurant in College Station. Food and drinks were outstanding!

    Our waiter was Ethan L., and he was absolutely fantastic. He recommended a wonderful wine for me as I am new to the wine world. Every single thing we ordered was OUTSTANDING. The sweet corn ravioli was TO DIE FOR. My boyfriend ordered the truffle fettuccine and they brought fresh truffle to the table and shaved it over his pasta. It was also delicious. The bread they bring you is delicious. The drinks were some of the best we ever had. The espresso martini is amazing. HIGHLY recommend this place. We will be back soon. Price is decent for this place, but it’s also very fancy so I expect nothing less.
