Lunar is a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Ww love it. Our new 'go to' place. The standard of food is superb and at reasonable prices. In our opinion you can't go wrong at Lunar.

We stayed one night and had dinner at Duncombe Arms. The accommodation is really lovely - rooms are so well appointed and very clean. Great walk-in shower and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on in a hotel / guest house. Lovely views from the room with table and chairs outside for when it's not snowing! The meal was outstanding!! One of the nicest rib-eye steaks I have had for along time. Although the wine list appeared shorter than usual with some crossed off, what I had was very good (lovely Malbec to go with the steak). The breakfast was excellent, as was the service throughout. Will be back for sure.

We came for Christmas day lunch, our first time at this restaurant. Everyone were so welcoming, and the restaurant looked lovely. The food and service were outstanding, and the cocktails were probably the best I have had. We will definitely return.
