2022 marks Ashten's 25th year of bringing locally sourced, creatively prepared food to guests. Owner, Ashley Van Camp, and award winning chef, Matthew Hannon, work with area farmers daily to procure the best that the Sandhills and North Carolina have to offer. Step into our elegant Dining Room or into the cozy atmosphere of The Pub for a farm-to-table experience. Neighborhood French-inspired bistro featuring an ever-changing French-Fusion menu that keeps you coming back to try the things you didn’t have room for.Marianne’s organic garden helps supply Warren’s kitchen with his beloved fresh produce & both are actively involved in the local food movement.     All courses were amazing. We had the cheese tray which was much larger than we were anticipating. . Crab cakes. They were fried but still very tasty. Aged ribeye was literally the best we’ve ever had.

    Very good "upscale casual" place. Nice menu with something for most anyone. TVs throughout. Fireplace/conversation area. Food was excellent, service attentive.

    If you’re into anime, just know it’s a Food Wars sensation with every bite. The food was amazing as well and out of the ordinary. The kangaroo was not what I expected. The flavors just wrap you up like a nice warm Aussie breeze, and it takes you across the plains of Australia. A very exquisite place. Staff was amazing and attentive. Definitely will be coming back again.

    Service was wonderful and food was absolutely delicious. It was our daughter’s 25th birthday and she is a vegetarian. It is always very difficult to find restaurants locally that have more than one vegetarian option for her to choose, but Ashten’s menu was outstanding. Multiple appetizer and entree options for her to choose from. We couldn’t have been happier. Thanks for a wonderful evening!
