Remington's is named after the legendary Frederic Remington, an artist who loved the early American West. He transferred that love into thousands of paintings and sketches. We were expecting an average and pricy experience like most places in Snowmass village, but Kenichi standed out! One of the best Japanese restaurant we’ve ever been! Worth every penny!

Great atmosphere and service. Drinks are good too. But they discontinued my favorite menu item, their wonderful shrimp cocktail. The food we ordered arrived lukewarm, rather than hot. But the patio and location can’t be beat. We will go back.
