The Cascade Dining Room features a tantalizing selection of authentic Pacific Northwest flavors like fresh caught Steelhead and high quality, locally sourced Prime Rib.Due to WA State regulations and limited capacity, reservations for sit-down table service Friday & Saturday evenings from 5pm-10pm are available for overnight hotel guests only. Take out service is also available for hotel guests and day guests.     This was our second visit to Salty’s and once again, we were blown away by the service. The food is incredible, but the service is really what sets them apart. The Sunday brunch is highly recommended, offering everything from fresh seafood, to a crepe station, traditional breakfast foods, prime rib and a chocolate fountain with all kinds of things to dip. We were offered everything we could possibly need for condiments, etc. before we even knew we needed them. At the end, we were brought warm towels to clean our hands. I could rave about this place for an hour and still not hit all the points I want to. Salty’s is a fantastic restaurant with an impeccable customer experience!

    This restaurant is truly incredible! We did the tasting menu and every single dish was OUTSTANDING, including the cocktails. The service was also wonderful and everyone was super friendly. 10/10 experience!

    We had a Birthday Party for our son and his friends. He loved everything about it the service was amazingly great 😊 our waitress Sky was so sweet and friendly and helpful with us , it was perfect.
