In the 20th century times were simpler, dining out was reasonable, the service was excellent and cooking was an art. My staff and I have tried to capture that ambiance of simple elegance. Our traditional values extend even further: There are no heat lamps or microwaves in our kitchen. Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. While you are enjoying an excellent meal in the lovely surroundings, students are developing skills and applying knowledge. Every day is a learning experience for our students, and we welcome comments and suggestions as we strive to improve your dining experience. We greatly appreciate your patronage. Food was delicious! The hummus is so flavorful! Doesn't taste so typical. The pork chop was cooked to leave a faint pink, very, very moist and a delicious crust. Veggies were also well pan roasted with good color and flavor.

They canceled the dinner due to circumstance beyond their control they had to cancel the dinners.

Had a great time. Food was delicious. Appetizers serving were small. Queso and chips and fried pickles were small servings. Service was a little slow Alton’s got our food really fast- just extra- ketchup, extra ranch, etc…. Games were great Also we did ask if peanut oil was used- had a peanut allergy- Had to ask 3 times… was finally told” it should be fine”. Wasn’t the most definitive answer… would’ve liked a more clear answer
