Flambé was founded in March 2024 with a simple yet profound vision: to create a gathering place where friends and family could come together to savor delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere. Situated beside Trim castle giving us a magnificent view, our journey began in November 2023 when we made the move to take over Franzinis.Our authentic Neapolitan woodfire pizza is just one of our Flambé taste sensations. Baked in our Marana woodfire oven that was lovingly imported from Italy our pizza menu has a woodfire pizza for every taste, if you love pizza the Flambé Neapolitan one is a must try, we have the best woodfire pizza in county Meath and we are proud of it!We hope that those who dine in Flambé will return time and again to indulge in our culinary creations as well as our tempting wine list.
Our story: The StockHouse is result of four people with an avid love of good food, good times & good value. Having both eaten out and working in various establishments both in Ireland and abroad, and having spoken about opening our own restaurant on many a night out it finally came to be when Mick and Orla approached Tom and Carmel about the possibility of opening a place of our own. They had been watching the building for quite a while and when it became available they decided to act and so our partnership was formed and StockHouse was born....
Established in 1984, the Signal Restaurant has drawn praise from critics, guests and multiple award judges, as well as people from the surrounding area. Its menu focuses on seasonal local Boyne Valley produce and ingredients from other parts of Ireland, cooked with fine dining flair, combined with an extensive wine offering carefully selected by our in-house sommelier.
Gourmet Food Parlour Dunshaughlin recently won the OpenTable Diner's Choice Award. The 70 seater restaurant can be found at Fingal Court, just off Dunshauglin’s Main Street. Centrally located to allow easy access for customers, the restaurant is located on the second floor with lift and stair access. The restaurant overlooks Main Street and includes a stylish cocktail lounge, for drinks to be enjoyed before or after eating. The restaurant has been meticulously decorated in an elevated Gourmet Food Parlour aesthetic. The restaurant will be open 7 days a week, from 9am-5pm Monday and Tuesday, 9am – 9pm Wednesday to Sunday.
