If guests just need some premium meat to bring home to cook, the butcher shop has its own entrance at the side of the building where guests can peruse all kinds of cuts of beef, lamb, pork and various kinds of house made sausages and pate. Naturally, Laurelhurst Market's menu focuses on the many fine cuts of meat that are cut on-site as well as farm fresh produce. Joe grew up in the Pacific Northwest. After graduating from the Western Culinary Institute, Joe started at a 4 diamond steakhouse in Lake Tahoe. He then moved back to the NW and began his culinary career as a Banquet Chef at the Multnomah Athletic Club. Since then, he has worked in various positions at multiple restaurants including Morton’s The Steakhouse, Salishan Lodge and Brand Chef at Stanford’s. He has a passion for mentoring his team and helping them reach their full potential.
