    Headed to Bedford Springs Resort for a 2 night gettaway. First night, had dinner at 1796. Our server, Michele excellent. We shared a chopped salad, French onion soup, then a 12 oz filet with mashed potatoes. House made sauce for the filet. Too full for dessert. Had an excellent Manhattan and we each had a house cab which was quite tasty. Restaurant a bit pricey, but very nice for a romantic dinner.

    As my son from Portland, Oregon, and my daughter up from college, I took them to bistro 11. It’s been about a year since I’ve been here and my son always likes to try new places. The ambience of the restaurant was nice. We had our dinner at 6:45 PM. We had some cocktails and appetizer in our food. All was very very good. The waitress we had was superb and couldn’t ask for a better evening with my family. I would rate this 4.5 out of five stars

    The meatball sub was not as tasty as I had hoped. The shrimp appetizer was excellent. The beef barley soup has scant amount of barley.
