Little Ollie's is a Chinese restaurant in Aspen, Colorado. It has an atmosphere of casual elegance and features both indoor and outdoor dining rooms, depending on the weather during the year.     We always have a great experience at Aquolina. The pasta & service were both excellent. The ambiance is always nice—everyone enjoying conversation & some wine, & happy to be there. Having said that, the music system was cranked up a bit too much this time, & it was harder to hear our waiter, & those at our table. I always recommend this restaurant to others when asked.
