Our newly refurbished restaurant is now open. Join us for relaxed beachside dining with the most stunning backdrop of Blackpool Sands. Our Head Chef Sam has created a range of fantastic dishes from beachside staples to seafood specials. Join us daily from 9am to 4pm; with breakfast served until 11.00am and lunch available until close. Teas, coffees, drinks, cakes and pastries served all day. Delicious Sunday lunch through the Winter months. Please note that during the summer we do not take bookings and welcome walk ins only.

Welcome to The Elephant Restaurant The Elephant is a bright, informal restaurant which is situated near the beautiful Torbay harbour. It was the first restaurant in Torquay to be awarded a Michelin star which it maintains today. We aim to source all our ingredients locally and sustainably, many from our dedicated farm in Brixham. Run by chef proprietor, Simon Hulstone and his wife Katy. Food is cooked by a talented team of chefs and served by friendly, professional team of staff.Due to the style of cooking we cannot produce dairy free menus & therefore cannot provide vegan options.A deposit is required to make reservations on special days of the year, on our special events, or for tables of 6 or more. Stunning views and outstanding food. We had the set A La Carte venue which was very good value for the standard of food served up. Excellent choice of options available and all produced using beautiful, and unusual ingredients. Would recommend!

Fabulous location and restaurant, food was classic and classy, service friendly and attentive. One star has been knocked off because it was absolutely brassic in spite of a log burner - some patio heaters would have been very welcome!

Our group of four arrived to find a table reserved for us and the staff were expecting us. We were shown to out seats, provided with menu’s and served drinks by a very pleasant employee called LULU. We all chose fish and chips and the food was nicely cooked and we didn’t have to wait that long for it. All in all a very pleasant evening.

We had a fantastic experience at the Millbrook on a return visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about their dishes, as well as being really polite and friendly. The food was excellent as always. Can highly recommend all round. Thank you to the Millbrook for a lovely evening.
