In the 20th century times were simpler, dining out was reasonable, the service was excellent and cooking was an art. My staff and I have tried to capture that ambiance of simple elegance. Our traditional values extend even further: There are no heat lamps or microwaves in our kitchen. Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. Loved the atmosphere, the waiters, I also like how all of our food came out in stages and not all at once so we didn’t feel rushed to eat, definitely a must try.

This was the best restaurant I have eaten at in Lubbock during the past 20 years. I recommend you try the food and hopefully you will can meet Chef Antonio Pina. The service was great.

Our first time here. We arrived right at 11am. We were the only ones there until one other couple showed up, so that was a little disconcerting, but honestly, the food was amazing. We didn’t know it was BYOB, but the server was able to serve us some boxed wine anyway which we appreciated. Service was great. Very neat place. We’ll definitely be back!
