Chef Tom Bidios found himself lost in the Deep South of Northern America whilst travelling and there discovered his passion for the soulful food that is at its core. A cuisine that’s yet to be fully explored in Perth but is soulful, homely and undeniable delicious. Expect to not only experience things more familiar like Oysters, Wood fired meat, fried chicken & croquette’s … because that is just the beginning. Prawn & pimento grits with crispy pigs ears, devilled egg hash brown, Biscuit’s, braised green & fried green tomatoes, that is the Lo experience that will transport you for a few short hours to somewhere south. Wow, the food and presentation of the dishes was outstanding. We loved everything we tasted - oysters, scallops, A5 Waygu, croquettes - All were so delicious. Cocktails were great too.

Great as usual but a little taken aback at how small the Salads have become- used to be a good generous serve - today was like a small entree with a lot of lettuce a scattering of tiny pumpkin pieces and a few nuts - not great value for money at all - still tasted good though Everything else excellent!

Absolutely loved the beef and horseradish dumplings, we ordered them 3 times😭. Everything was amazing from the service to the vibes of the place. They had a fire music playlist. Will be coming back soon!!!
