Friendly staff and good range of choice of food - sat in sunny garden - lovely

Overall very good experience at Amarone. Service from start to finish was great. Waitor was very attentive and helpful. Starters were OK, zucchini fries could of been thinner to really crisp up and dip in the tasty garlic sauce and the bread for the olive oil/ balsamic dip was very thin and overbaked. Main dinners were excellent, salmon pasta and calzone, both beautifully presented and very tasty. House white and red wines were both good and my wife and I were very pleased with our meal. Thank you Amarone and we'll see you again very soon.

The staff were amazing great food and a real boon to Cheltenham Festival

Good value. Sunday roasts very good with an enormous amount of food. Plenty of vegetables and gravy too.

Not a flashy pub but a genuinely warm welcome and great food.
