The ribeye and shrimp were delicious. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was kind, attentive and efficient. We will definitely return.

Great menu. Delicous food! Good wait staff. Bar and kitchen can get a bit backed up during prime time hours. But isn’t a huge issue for us as we are there to relax and enjoy the evening. There is incredible complimentary fresh baked bread and the wait staff is attentive. The quality of food and drinks is SO worth any wait—amazing! The ambience is pleasant. You absolutely feel like you are in an upscale (but not stuffy) restaurant. Furnishings are high-end, appealing and comfortable—not exactly an intimate, cozy feel as it is a lot of tables in a small-ish, bright space but doesn’t keep it from being a favorite place for us.

1st time in Granbury, this restaurant was suggested and I am glad we made reservations! The server Zoe was wonderful She knew the menu well and made great suggestions. Her follow-up timing between courses was perfect. We had a wonderful meal and experience, will definitely go again. Martha the Manager was also very good and attentive to make sure our food and service were good. The overall atmosphere was nice and cozy and made for an enjoyable evening. Excellent food and service, don't change a thing. The artichoke/spinach dip, house salad and Salmon was delicious the Justin cab were superb for the price! This place will not disappoint!

We enjoy the Saddlerack, the food is great, the service is great. You can never go wrong when you stop in. We like coming in for the experience, our special occasions, or even just a quick lunch. I like the fact that there is always something new on the menu, while the favorites remain. We rarely get desserts when we dine out but we don’t miss getting ours here..lol even took an order to go, so we could enjoy it after we relaxed after that great meal. Newton’s is a place we tell our friends they have to try… We get out of town guests, we take them here.. It’s not just a place to eat, but a place to experience fine dining in boots and jeans.
