Tuck away in a corner on the quiet Hutchinson Street in Surry Hills, Le Salle Dining has softly opened. This intimate restaurant is reservation only, and serves contemporary cooking inspired by those cuisines of the old wine countries.-We offer a 4 courses menu du jour + assortment of cheeses at $108 or a 5 courses menu du jour @ $118 p.p that changes frequently) and 1 drink min. spend on Beverages p.p.     The meat was amazing The sides were all a bit spicy, it would be nice if there were non spicy options The staff were extremely helpful and friendly They really made our visit great The corn bread was fantastic

    We went on a Friday night, a group of 6. We chose our own courses, everything was amazing. The Chiefs selection sashimi was done of the best any of us had eaten. The cocktails and wines were fabulous. Even in a very busy restaurant the staff were incredibly attentive and the meals arrived at a nice pace. We will be back and highly recommend you visit.

    Fantastic food! We got the $85pp Set Menu and everything was delicious - nice pacing in terms of the pauses between dishes. The mojito and Mocktail with pineapple juice and Yakult foam were both great palate cleansers. We got there unexpectedly early and they accommodated us without any issue - we got started early and finished early. 100% recommend!
