The first Oven Restaurant, located in the heart of downtown Lincoln, has been around since 1988 and owned/operated by a dedicated family of chefs who have been creating Indian cuisine for over twenty seven years. The Oven Restaurants specialize in Northern Indian Cuisine which is known for its rich colors, flavor profiles and a unique style of cooking in a clay oven, called the Tandoor. Great wine service. Our waitress even asked if we wanted her to open the bottle while we were drinking our cocktails so the wine could breathe. My husband at the Delmonico steak and was still raving about it two days later. It was huge and delicious.

I had a fantastic date night last night at the Green Gateau. The food was fantastic and the whole experience was lovely. I highly recommend here for a romantic date night or an intimate family dinner.
