It would be an improvement if the staff at the front were more welcoming, rather than just those taking orders, as they didn't seem enthusiastic about seeing customers and didn't even smile, unlike the rest of the staff who were very accommodating.

We were in the patio area which not many people use. It’s nice and warm and quiet in there. Nice ambiance as well. The wings were a little dry. Our server kept forgetting to check on us, brought everyone’s food but mine because she forgot, forgot to bring our drinks. But she did apologize and didn’t charge us for our drinks.
