Great service and Great food , very professional attitude with a smile

Thank you so much for accommodating our group from Interior Health yesterday. We feel that we were very well taken care of. We look forward to seeing you again in the new year.

Our talented server “T” was so attentive, even tho she had many customers. Cocktail list is fun and all three of our choices were delicious. (My personal favourite Bourbon Paradise) The Caesar salad is amazing, I complimented it with the fried tofu, chefs chili sauce really elevated the flavour and the crispy quinoa made it almost addicting…having said that I couldn’t eat it all. All of the dishes ordered @ our table were enjoyed and we shall savour our experience until next time. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Such a great, warm and welcoming experience every time at Waterfront Restaurant. As other Kelowna locals have said in these comments, it is hard to find anywhere else for this kind of dining experience here. It is the epitome of this kind of locally sourced food which is perfectly and artistically executed by the chef team and presented by the incredible, knowledgeable and professional front-of-house team. Cannot wait for the next visit!

Been to Duke’s a few times over the years and it’s always a pleasure. Top notch service and really awesome menu — the chef is very creative. I had the Barbara — vegan pizza with jackfruit which is now my go-to order. Everyone was happy with their dishes and complimented the imaginative flavour combinations. The starter was Szechuan green beans — the sauce was so good we asked for bread to soak it up the leftovers with! My only complaint was the folks at the next table. We were having an intimate family dinner for the first half of our evening. A party of about 10 then appeared and was seated next to us. They may have been drinking already, but regardless they were quite raucous. I’ve been here on busier nights and the noise has never been a problem. As a result the evening was cut short. I don’t expect the restaurant to be held liable for customer behaviour. However, it would have been nice if the server had offered to switch our table. This is the only time I have been motivated to give this restaurant a less than perfect review. I am sure your experience will be as wonderful as ours usually are!
