Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. While you are enjoying an excellent meal in the lovely surroundings, students are developing skills and applying knowledge. Every day is a learning experience for our students, and we welcome comments and suggestions as we strive to improve your dining experience. We greatly appreciate your patronage. We go to Triple Js around once a month. Always good. ordered the 16 oz ribeye and I think they forgot to season it. Everything else was good.

Their bread, their greens and their spinach dip is amazing! I have had their French onion soup and their prime rib sound and didn't care for either. The French onion was too thick and the prime rib was really fatty. I really want this place to do well. My friends salmon was great. It has a fun, eclectic atmosphere. Their wait staff needs a little more experience. My friend ordered a cabernet and they brought her a rose, then a white and finally a cabernet. The waitress was very nice, just a little inexperienced. Their chicken and kale salad with peanut Thai dressing is wonderful. I think they just need to iron out a few things and they will do well. Their sourdough bread is also to die for! We will keep coming back.
