Little Betty Steak Bar was delicious! We enjoyed our dinner very much! We were a group of five and we enjoyed the rosemary focaccia and the crudo special as our appetizer. They were both delicious! Then for our second course we are Caesar salad- which Little Betty’s is truly delicious, the lemon adds the best touch! We also got a wild mushroom risotto that was great! For our main dinner, the five of us split the 36oz tomahawk steak, a wagyu filet, and the swordfish special- all of them were truly fantastic, but my favorite was the filet. For sides we tried the spaghetti, which was a surprise favorite of mine, the Brussels sprouts and broccolini. We tried all of the desserts and the cheesecake was the favorite! We also enjoyed our drinks! Chris was our server and he was great!

First experience at a place like this. Everything was great! Once you flip the card over, they are quick to start serving you. Now we are not medium rare individuals, but our service asked what we would like and what temp, and they made sure the first pieces on the sword were that temp and they came straight to us. It was way more food than I anticipated, so the value is there. Would definitely go back to eat there when we are in Birmingham again! Great place!

Our appetizer dinners were delicious. Our server, Carlos, was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. The staff even called to offer us a table that became available, which was more comfortable than the bar. We took the opening at the bar, but asked for a change if a table became available. Bistro V is consistently good.

Good and service were outstanding!!! Charcuterie board for appetizer is a must!
