Ember is a destination dining experience with the highest quality of steaks and seafood prepared over wood-fired grills. The menu is complemented by a specialty cocktail menu, whiskey library and an extensive wine lists accompanied with highest level of service from our Sommelier and Service Team.The energetic dining space overlooks the scratch kitchen with views of our culinary team. A separate piano lounge with live entertainment adds to the dynamic vibe. Seasonal outdoor dining by the fireplace is also available. Please note we do have a dress code at Ember.We do not allow beachwear, gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies. The Italiano, the newest masterpiece by Chef Joey Maggiore and his team of culinary geniuses, located at 90th Street and Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale, the elevated Italian restaurant will be The Maggiore Group’s sixth concept introduced to the Valley’s award-winning dining scene.The Italiano exudes an ambiance of casual elegance, blending warmth with sophistication, while offering authentic Italian dishes that transport you to the very heart of culinary tradition in Italy.
