I appreciate the service very much. Our server was very nice and polite. His service put our whole dining experience on a whole new level. Besides, the food was good, the ingredients were fresh. Overall we had an enjoyable time.

It's officially a steakhouse, serving high-end steaks. Service was great but too Asian. Everything came out all at once, I mean, appetizers, salad, and steaks came out all at once. It's weird for a steakhouse, but great for some Asian.

Made a reservation for my birthday dinner. Received Earls team a surprise of 2 glasses champagne when I get in to the restaurant. Also a birthday card (with sweet hand wrtten greetings) on my reserved table as well. After finished the meal, received 2 different flavour's of birthday cakes from the waiter. It's really surprising me and making me feel warm. And pretty sure I will go visit Earls Richmond again.
