Established in 2012, I started Urban Grill and Wine Bar to add a quality restaurant with a full bar and boutique wine list to an area that is in desperate need of something unique and family operated. Having spent most of our adult lives in the restaurant business, my wife Jaylene and I understand the importance that our food be of the highest quality and our service be very friendly and professional. Our menu offers a variety of dishes from simple but delicious sandwiches to the best steaks and seafood around.

    I can't claim to be a critic, but I have eaten at some of the finest restaurants all over the world and Bob's ranks right up there. Particularly the DFW convention center location and this relatively new McKinney location

    Loved our dinner and service was on point! Best margarita I’ve ever had. It was the raspberry margarita. The barbicoa tacos were delicious. The ambiance was so fun with neon lights and fun decor to capture great memories with on our phone. Plus they had a Dj to make the mood just right! We will definitely be back!

    I took a date there, the food was excellent, the garlic bread was off the hook! And I’m Italian lol! The drinks were great and the service was wonderful. They gave us a real quiet booth and we had a really great time! We will definitely be back!

    We had a wonderful dinner. Our server, Chris, helped us navigate the menu and make our selections since it was our first visit. My wife had the ribeye tacos and I opted for the short rib. Both were incredible. We will definitely dine at Sugarbacon again! Thank you, Chris, for helping make it a wonderful evening!
