Great dining experience last night. Our server was attentive and on point as well as being warm and engaging. Food was excellent as usual. Oysters on the half shell appetizer was wonderful (excellent mignonette, too). I was particularly impressed by the quality of my seared yellowfin tuna. Seriously melt in mouth silky. Table mates loved the halibut and chips and the black truffle pasta with seared scallops (which were perfect). Love Canyon River Grill and look forward to our next special meal and evening there.

Our experience was great! We were welcomed & allowed to pick our table further away from the door. The food is always delicious and my special request was met in a kindly way.

Delicious new items on the winter menu. The new preparation for scallops was delicious. I like it that we can select sides and sauces.

Really good food. Great service and those bisquits!! Gotta love this place.
