CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality. In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill. We also have a selected Raw Bar that offers exquisite products brought from various corners of the world, such as Octopus and Caribbean Lobster. hola, es segunda vez que voy y sigo pensando lo mismo excelente comida, ambiente ,pero por sobre todo , la atención creo que es fundamental que el mozo sepa de los platos y pueda guiar al cliente , en ese sentido Cristian quien es la segunda vez que coincidimos que nos atiende sabe perfectamente que recomendar , muy cordial , un 10 de 10, y en relación al precio muy acorde al lugar . EXCELENTE.....
