Evergreen is currently under new ownership by the group that owns Mosaic! The dining room has been renovated to provide a lounge space, and opened up to provide some natural light to make the space more warm and inviting.Davis Pardon under the guidance of James Beard nominee Alex Perry, brings a seasonal twist on some southern favorites. We offer an ever changing list of dishes including steaks, oysters, fish, chicken, house made pasta and so much more. The food here is always such an experience. The chef takes you on a journey that you’ve never been on and most likely won’t be on again. Each time we eat here it’s unique, well crafted and delicious. We appreciate and feel the love poured into every bite.

It was marvelous!! Great food, perfect drinks, amazing atmosphere! Our waiter made the experience even better. He was very knowledgeable about the menu items. Most importantly, he was attentive to our every need. We love Ruth’s Chris and will always visit when we can.

Atmosphere was great - service was excellent If food is prepared while we wait - I don’t understand why I couldn’t change something on a dish to accommodate my gluten allergy - absolutely no substitutions I was told - Didn’t seem to be very accommodating in that regard toward my allergy But our server pointed out which items on the menu were gluten free - so I had to choose one of those
