We have dinner specials on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and on occasion you will benefit from some of Rich's award winning soups. Ate o Ate at Shephard Hills is managed by Rich and Peg Ellsworth. Rich is a self taught chef that always brings an interesting twist to some standard favorites. The Thanksgiving buffet had a wide variety of delicious choices. There was also a delightful dessert selection .( I missed seeing pumpkin PIE as a choice.). They have a specialty cocktail menu as well as a selection of , wines and beer. It was a drive for us but well worth it. Not sure why it didn’t register with them that we booked through here. It was quite congested at the door at 1:00 so they just may have said screw it, we”ll take your word.
